REMINGTON COURT URBAN DWELLINGS is an Eco-friendly, sustainable high density urban dwelling project designed by Hybrid Architects. Sophisticated in design and complimentary to the progressive needs of high density urban sustainability. Located in Seattle's Squire Park neighborhood, Remington Court High Density Urban Dwellings are centrally located to First Hill, Capitol Hill, Downtown, and the International District.
Three south facing units, with approximately 1600sf each, enjoy southern views towards Mt. Rainier and North Beacon Hill. Each home offers floor to ceiling glazing emitting light through out the space. Design incorporates gas fired radiant heating. Large southern oriented windows and concrete floor on the ground level absorb and radiate heat during winter months while heavily insulated walls provide thermal protection.
Approach the homes on broad welcoming front stoop surrounded by green space filled with native vegetation while providing access through the middle level of the home. Walk into a light filled, clean space, perfect for displaying your unique taste in art and design.
Enjoy the 360 degree view of the neighborhood on the vegetated roof top deck. The roof top deck is equipped with 8" of soil allowing home owners the opportunity to experience roof top gardening. This is a great space for a roof top barbecue, or a relaxing time with a little urban gardening.
